Cargo (airport to airport) is available with bulk purchase, cargo shipping should be for those who order multiple big boxes with multiple fish. Please be aware that size, price, and availability are subject to change. There is no minimum quantity of fish or invoice total for any order. Please keep in mind that shipping & handling costs plus box and seasonal heat pack charges will be added to your order.

 

For shipping, it is recommended for overnight but 2 day can be an option if the customer choose and understand that LIVE ARRIVAL IS NOT GUARANTEED! Overnight is guaranteed, a CREDIT REFUND of the stock will only be given towards your next order, SHIPPING IS NOT REFUNDABLE.

 

For shipping charge, please email me or leave a voicemail of the stock you want, your zip code, name of carrier you wish to use, and name. I will either give a call back once I calculate the shipping charge or email you back, I will try to get back to you ASAP.

 

For airport shipped domestic (US) orders: A 25.00 airport delivery charge is added to all orders. You must pick up your order directly from the air cargo facility at specified airport.

 

Knowing the high quality stocks that are being shipped, I take pride and care in packing to make sure a safe trip ahead of them. All stocks being shipped out will be double bag, outer bag will be taped. Losses are very seldom in my shipping, I guarantee live arrival on overnight shipping. Package must be accepted on FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT, if failed to do so, LAG will be void. I will also guarantee live arrival on stock that is shipped cargo, same-day air freight to/from airport if the flights are on time and shipment is picked up within 2 hours of arrival and has not been mishandled by the carrier. All claims must be reported to me the same day of receipt. A credit refund will be given towards your next purchase.
